This is my 5th real estate transaction between buying and selling and finally I can say I found a realtor that I actually would recommend to others. My intention when selling my home was to interview 3 realtors. Jen, who I found on zillow, happened to be the first interview. After about 20min of talking, looking at the research she had done for my area, and listening to her plan for my sale as we toured my home, I hired her right then. She actually cares. She actually listens to what you are saying, to what YOU need and want. I'm a veteran at this and I can tell you Jen is pretty good. She was on top of the entire process. Jen also uses a photographer for your home pics. She was never once pushy, and always responded to any questions or concerns I brought up very quickly. Bottom line....... Jen sold my home in 1 DAY for my asking price because she staged it right, professional photos, and priced it right. If I ever need a realtor I will use her again. I will recommend to family and friends, and I recommend to you.

Jen is a very personable and pleasant agent. She was always there when we had questions. She was there when we needed to schedule homes to look at even though we live in Schuylkill County and her home base is in Berks County.Jen never had a problem making the drive and was never late. She is a very dependable agent. We also used Jen to list our prior house, as of now it hasn't sold but that is no fault of hers. It has to do with my market in Pottsville. The homes in this area are really are really not selling. We would highly recommend her and would use her again.

Jen was on top of the entire process and promptly followed up with us as she received updates throughout our close. She worked hard through any bumps we had through our purchase keeping our end goal in sight; owning our first home which became a reality!

Jennifer made this entire process so easy for us . I was extremely stressed out before starting this process and had no idea where to start . She was always there and quick to respond to any question that we had. She went above and beyond for us and made us feel like her top priority. Jen is an extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional. We were most impressed at her responsiveness to any and all concerns we brought to her attention. Jen made us feel as if we were her only clients. Jen was able to work out a complex deal in a matter of days. We placed our house on the market on a Sunday and by Thursday we had purchased and sold our respective properties. I highly highly recommend Jen for representation and service!

She was dealing with us for over a year however, she never gave up on us and kept trying to find us the right house. Honestly, if it was for her encouragement to keep going I would have stopped looking. She is amazing

Jennifer is a great Realtor. She is quick to respond to messages and answer questions. She was very patient with all of the houses we went to and our indecisiveness. After the offer she explained everything step by step and made the whole process very easy. If we ever decide to sell and buy again, she will definitely be our Realtor.

Exceptional realtor. Patient and knowledgeable. Jennifer learned what I was looking for and helped me find homes to suit my wants and needs. She helped me through the whole process and offered a ton of advice for a first time home buyer.

She made the whole process enjoyable and seamless. I Would recommend her and the company to family and friends. The only negative was the Title Company which seemed a bit unorganized but that was no fault of Jennifer's. She had no control over that company.

3 other homes on block for sale. One was on the market for over a year. Jen had our buyer in one week! I would call her in a heartbeat. She knows what she is doing. She makes sure you know what you're doing. Never expected it to be this easy. Thank you Jen.

Jen was extremely responsive and helpful during our recent home purchase. Other agents did not return our calls so when we found Jen, we were relieved to have her immediately add us to her schedule. We needed to find a home quickly so she dedicated a few full days to us while we were in town and we really appreciated that level of attention. Since we came from out of town, I wish we would have learned more about the area and what was a good fit for our family and lifestyle. We really did not know the area enough to pick a perfect location for our lifestyle and that is one aspect I was disappointed in. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Jennifer was very responsive to any questions I had and answered them quickly and efficiently. She was very eager to help in any way that she could and was available at anytime to assist in making the purchase of the property go smoothly.
